Re: "Worth Weight in Gold" article on Margareth Peressutti The Kickboxing World Champion in her division. First of all I would like to commend you on recognizing her efforts and achievments. It is unfortunate that the local newspaper (Hamilton Spectator) failed to report on a hometown girl's achievements. A gold medal ....a 'WORLD' champion..think about it....being the best in the world at something. I'm happy that she received acknowledgement from your paper...excellent! I'm ashamed of our own local paper and it's lack of interest in promoting one of their own world class residents. This girl deserves a sponsership! Great work!!!!
