They cancelled the Emmys, they cancelled most arts awards, but god forbid if they were to cancel Monday night football! Planes could crash into the World Trade Center and a third world war could be taking place in the world, but those football fans have got to get their game! Freaks...

Agony, aren't you just a tad too extreme in your feelings of outrage? After all, professional sports continued even during World War II, and what's going on is certainly bad but it is no World War, not yet at least. Let's face facts, the Emmys were most likely cancelled because the "stars" were too frightened to fly!
The worst thing we can do is to allow ourselves to become afraid of doing anything; that would be the terrorists' real victory.
