Underwater Episode 2 - Underwater/Fusion III

DJ/producer Darren Emerson quit Underworld's techno threesome a few years ago to do his own thing at the indie level. But that turned out to be a good move when his Underwater label hit it big with Tim Deluxe's hooky track "It Just Won't Do" last summer. Now he's got label tours and DJ residencies in London and Ibiza, plus a busy schedule of production and releases on the way. This second DJ mix from Emerson and guests previews several of those forthcoming tracks including Tim Deluxe's much anticipated follow-up. His new track "Less Talk More Action!" once again stars the fun vocals of Sam Obernik and is a further Latin-tinged track that should be another summer hit. Other artists featured on Emerson's 67-minute mix include big club music producers Paul Jackson, Tony Senghore and Spain's Wally Lopez. The second disc is mixed by the Brixton-based DJ/production duo Mutiny who run the Sunflower label. Their 70-minute set of jumping funk-house tracks features three of their own including the infectious bass synth groovin' "Jack U," forthcoming on Underwater.
